James Taylor is the Ultimate Showman. I work as a stagehand at Winstar World Casino, and when he came through, at the end of his set, he sat at the front of the stage and greeted every guest. Signed every autograph, took every selfie, and made the experience special for each and every fan there.

Can't go to Weezer's show at Winstar World Casino on June 6th - selling my tickets for the exact price I paid if you're in the area and want to go.

The seats are Section A, row 13, seats 33 and 34, which are on the aisle. Only asking what I paid for them, will ship free - $174.60
I have the physical tickets and ship them to you via USPS priority mail with confirmation. Paypal payments please.
Sorry if this isn't the right venue to sell these, but I figured somebody here might be wanting to go and not pay over-inflated scalper prices.

EVRI: A Gambling Ticker That's Going to Valhalla

EVRI: The True Autists Gambling Ticker
Alright dipshits, I believe I have found a ticker that has huge growth potential over the next few months that is under the radar of many. So prepare your smooth brains and tell your wife's boyfriend to leave the room so you can jerk off to these potential gains.
EVRI is Everi Holdings Inc. Don’t know what that is? They’re only “the casino industry’s only single source provider of robust payments solutions, vital intelligence offerings, and engaging gaming machines that power the casino floor” according to Casino Vendors
(Source: http://www.casinovendors.com/vendoeveri-holdings-inc/)
Now if that doesn’t make your wife’s boyfriend cream his jeans, then the following information might just make your dick hard enough to satisfy your displeasured wife. I think that EVRI could see huge growth for the following reasons
EVRI has the versatility both online and on the floor for casinos
Taking a look at this source (http://www.casinovendors.com/vendoeveri-holdings-inc/) you can see that there products and services include…
  1. Gaming equipment and supplies: “Everi Games feature exciting original concepts, dynamic artwork, and thrilling game play that are designed to stop patrons in their tracks. Players seek out Everi’s award-winning games, cabinets, and toppers, and stream into casinos to play TournEvent® and TournEvent of Champions®”
  2. Cash/Chips/Money/Money Handling Equipment: “CashClub® gives operators an easy-to-use single dashboard interface that streamlines check warranties and credit/debit card transaction processing. The software’s enhanced features include electronic signature capture and dynamic currency conversion. CashClub interfaces with Everi Compliance, which helps casinos meet Title 31 requirements. CashClub works with a casino operator’s existing cage workstation equipment, removing the need for a separate stand-alone terminal.”
“CentralCredit™ - The industry’s leading repository for casino-related credit data and reporting. QuikMarketing™ - This tool lays the foundation for highly targeted, cost-effective, and successful direct marketing campaigns.”
and… “Intuitive, flexible & designed Kiosks to provide a premium experience to patrons.”
  1. Administration and Finance: “Everi Compliance™ has new and innovative compliance products expanding our ability to service patrons and casino customers. Our compliance products are the gold standard for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance across the gaming industry, which allows operators to easily meet Title 31 regulatory requirements.”
To see even more versatility and see what more specific services they provide, click this link https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/EVRI/profile?p=EVRI
Based off of these services alone, any one of you extra-chromosomes gamblers can see why EVRI is able to make money both online and on the floor, physical casinos. They make online gambling games, provide systems to protect casinos, design on the floor games, have products to transfer money in and out of debit/credit cards at the casino to feed the gambler, and even have business in reporting casino data and marketing campaigns. IF THIS ISN'T A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T DO EVERYTHING THEN IDK WHAT TO TELL YOUR SMOOTH BRAIN. They are immune to COVID and can be profitable with/without it.
EVRI has great target prices from analysts and even has potential news coming up that can propel us Valhalla
https://www.casino.org/news/everi-soars-on-digital-wallet-deal-with-winstar-casino/
“But Roth Capital analyst David Bain previously said two agreements with tribal operators notched by Everi account for 15 percent of the company’s fintech business and were going overlooked by investors.” This made the price target shift from $20 to $21 for this guy.
This same article said this about David Bain as well “Today’s surge by Everi stock may not be a one-off event. Bain, the Roth Capital analyst, says another customer will roll out CashClub Wallet in the coming weeks. He didn’t identify that operator, but he did say it’s one of the largest casino firms in the world. The analyst adds that on a standalone basis, Everi’s fintech basis is worth $16 a share. When accounting for peer average multiples on gaming device suppliers, the stock could trade near $29, or more than double where it resides today.”
I know some you have a hard time reading, but that means we could see news of EVRI’s own product (CashClub) be announced to be integrated in one of the largest casinos companies in the world. If that doesn’t scream PUMP, I don't know what does
EVRI also has fantastic news of expanding, incorporating, and even being recognized as the best in their field

EVRI’s option chain are cheap for long dated calls
Because I am writing this after hours, the options chain will most likely change come market open, but keep in mind, they will still be cheap.
Looking at January 20c and March 22.5c, they are .18 with a .05-.3 bid/spread and .2-.25.
Yeah yeah yeah, I know what you’re thinking “oH tHE BiD aSK SpREad is TOO wIdE”. But if you guys seriously think the bid/ask spread is what has limited your autistic trades up to this point, then you’re just lying to yourself. Get your order filled, because were making fucking tendies.
THE MEME POTENTIAL OF THIS STOCK IS PERFECT FOR US RETARDS
Is there anything that is more ironic than a bunch of degenerate gamblers gambling on a gambling company that is so revered in the gambling industry that it’s not even a gamble? FUCK NO THERE’S NOT.
WE ARE MADE FOR THIS TICKER, AND AS AUTISTS AND GAMBLERS WE NEED THIS PLAY. As many of you know, once a ticker catches fire in this sub it gets HUGE coverage. Look for yourselves at the countless memes and videos of WSB getting coverage on Cramers shows and news outlets. MEMES MEAN MORE ADVERTISING, MEANS MORE PUMPS, MEANS MORE TENDIES, WHICH MEANS MORE MONEY FOR DICK PUMPS.
I rest my case.
TLDR; EVRi is a fucking powerhouse in the online/in-person gambling/casino world. They have lots of news going for them along with having cheap calls, a well run business with great price targets, good price action movement, and most importantly infinite meme potential

I am Maria Ho, TV host and top-ranked female professional poker player with over 2 million dollars in tournament earnings. AMA!

Hi everyone, I’m Maria Ho: Professional Poker Player, TV host/commentator and world traveler.
I’m a dual citizen of Taiwan and the U.S. - born in Taipei, Taiwan and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I started playing poker in college at U.C.S.D. when I showed up, uninvited, to my guy friend’s home game. With a couple six packs of beer in hand I talked my way into the game, eventually started beating the boys, and worked my way up in stakes at the local Indian casino before embarking on my first WSOP in 2005.
I’ve made over 2.6 million dollars in poker earnings, which includes 32 WSOP cashes, 3 WSOP final tables, 4 WPT cashes, and 6 other final tables on the pro circuit. In 2011 I played heads-up for a World Series of Poker bracelet and finished 2nd for $540,020 - breaking the record for the largest cash by a woman at the WSOP. At the 2012 and 2014 WSOPs I was the Most-Cashing female player (with 6 and 8 individual tournament cashes). And I’m the first and only player to be the WSOP Main Event “Last Woman Standing” three times over.
Outside of poker playing I’ve dabbled in a variety of TV shows and competitions. I was on season 3 of American Idol, competed as the only all-female team on the Emmy-winning The Amazing Race, been a panelist on CNN's Anderson Cooper 360, and have been invited to compete on PokerStars Shark Cage for the last two seasons. As a strategic commentator and TV host my work includes the HPT, ESPN 360, and Poker Night In America: The Tour.
...And if all that doesn’t keep me busy enough I’m the celebrity spokesperson for the WinStar World Casino and I host Poker Central Live with Maria Ho weekly on Twitch from wherever I find myself in the world: Sydney, Monte Carlo, Dubai, London, Vancouver, Maui, Cancun… and sometimes from my own bed in California! http://www.twitch.tv/pokercentral

Rank 1 Legendary NA Season 3 (1 Legendary card shaman deck)

Rank 1 NA
I just wanted to show that it is possible to make it to legendary without having all the legendary cards at your disposal. I started out with druid and having 2 legendary cards (Pagle and Cairne) and I would buy a new pack every time I got 100 gold from playing. I eventually saved up enough gold for a tinkmaster. The Druid deck was able to get to legendary, but the Shaman deck was the deck that actually got to rank 1 and it only has one legendary card (Pagle) with could easily be replace by another Manatide totem. There are legendary cards that would make these decks more optimal, but the are not absolutely necessary. If you want to learn anymore about the decks or ask me any questions feel free to visit my stream or just hit me up on twitter. <3
Bio: My primary hobby for the past 15 years was Magic the Gathering where I wore TMNT shirts and was known as "T Webb" so that is where my name comes from. I played on the Magic Pro Tour on and off and was a gravy train pro for 2 years during college. I fell off the pro tour during my Senior year when I was focusing on school. I attended college at UNT in Denton and dealt black jack at Winstar world casino. While in Denton I lived in an apartment with Kitkatz and we played a lot of Magic the gathering online. Over the past couple years magic has changed and I have liked it less and less so I recently started playing Hearthstone. Six days after I ventured into constructed I got to rank 1 on NA with one legendary in my shaman deck.
The decks that I used. Very few legendary cards: Shaman Decklist Druid Decklist

Race Sponsor Spotlight: Pocono/Texas

Pocono is the next stop for the Cup and Xfinity Series for the Axalta presents the Pocono 400 and the Pocono Green 250. About 1,526.8 miles away, the Truck Series joins the IndyCar Series and Stadium Super Trucks at Texas Motor Speedway with the winstaronlinegaming.com 400.
Since its first race in 2016, the Pocono Xfinity race has never had a title sponsor, so they won't be covered in this edition.
Cup: Axalta presents the Pocono 400
I suppose Axalta doesn't need much of an introduction for NASCAR fans, especially those who know it as DuPont Performance Coatings. For the sake of this series, let's go as far back as possible, when DuPont first joined the sport.
DuPont's involvement in NASCAR did not start with Jeff Gordon, but with Ricky Craven's #99 in the Busch Series in 1992. Running the full season with DuPont sponsorship, he finished 14th in points. When Craven started his own team in 1994, the #2 was also adorned with DuPont livery. In five seasons together, Craven/DuPont won twice (both in 1994).
At the end of the 1992 season, DuPont decided to sponsor a Winston Cup Series car: the #24 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet, driven by a young, mustachioed California kid by the name of Jeff Gordon). The youngster and DuPont's Cup debut did not go as planned, crashing on lap 164 and finishing 31st.
Gordon and DuPont moved up to the Cup Series full-time in 1993, where he earned Rookie of the Year honors before winning his first Cup races in 1994. The rest is history.
For much of the 1990s and early 2000s, Gordon's rainbow #24 featured DuPont as a primary sponsor, with occasional one-offs sharing the hood with the navy blue oval like NASCAR Racers, the silver NASCAR 2000 car, and the (in)famous T-Rex.
Besides Gordon, DuPont also sponsored other drivers in the lower series during the 1990s. In 1995, the newly-formed SuperTruck Series also featured a rainbow #24 car sponsored by DuPont.... driven by Scott Lagasse. Gordon's teammate Terry Labonte also drove a DuPont truck – the #5 – part-time that year. Over the next four years, DuPont made sporadic appearances on trucks: Lonnie Cox's #36 featured DuPont Thompson PBE sponsorship, while Bill Sedgwick and Austin Cameron had DuPont Stainmaster Carpet in 1998 and 1999, respectively. In 1999, Gordon and crew chief Ray Evernham's Busch Series team – Gordon/Evernham Motorsports – fielded the #24 Pepsi car for Ricky Hendrick, though Hendrick also drove a DuPont car on two occasions.
In 2001, Gordon announced he would be dropping the 51-time race-winning Rainbow Warrior and speculation arose regarding what its replacement would be. As every fan would know, in came the flames.
"I feel like the team has really worked hard and come together this year," Gordon stated. "That should put us in a real good position and I think the new paint scheme will be a great way to re-ignite this team going into next year."
"NASCAR has been a tremendous showcase for our paint finishes and this new paint scheme utilizes our latest undercoat and most productive clearcoat, and features brilliant, exciting colors," DuPont Performance Coatings president Lou Savelli added. "We think it will generate even more recognition of the DuPont name among NASCAR fans throughout the world."
Gordon would drive the blue-and-red flames car to Victory Lane 29 times, including his fourth and final championship in its debut season in 2001. Other DuPont variations began to appear on the #24 starting in 2002, such as the DuPont 200 Years car at the 2002 Daytona 500, DuPont Hot Hues at the 2006 Fontana/Indianapolis races, and Cromax Pro at the 2007 Fontana race. DuPont also served as associate sponsors for races like the Pepsi 400, appearing on the side panel as Pepsi adorned the hood; Nicorette and National Guard have also done the same.
At the turn of the decade, Gordon replaced the blue on the DuPont car with black. He won once in the new car at Pocono in 2011. During the year, DuPont's role as Gordon's sponsor decreased as he picked up AARP/Drive to End Hunger for more races; DuPont would serve as a primary sponsor for just 13 races each in 2011 and 2012. In 2012, Gordon and DuPont celebrated their 20-year anniversary with a Sam Bass-designed black-and-red car, followed by a silver scheme for the season-ending race at Homestead, one that would be driven to victory.
After the 2012 season, DuPont Performance Coatings was sold to The Carlyle Group, who rebranded the company as Axalta Coating Systems. The "new" company quickly formed a relationship with Rick Hendrick, becoming the exclusive paint for Hendrick Automotive Group.
With a new name came a slightly different paint scheme for Gordon. Axalta brands Cromax Pro and Imron Elite appeared on track before the main Axalta scheme, doing so at Texas, Talladega, and Darlington before the primary car made its debut at the June Pocono race, where Gordon finished 13th. Another Axalta paint, Standox, sponsored Gordon at the August Michigan race that year. In 2014, Gordon finally broke through to win his first race in an Axalta car at the spring Kansas event, and backed it up with two more wins in the same car at Indy and Michigan.
2015 marked Gordon's final season of full-time NASCAR racing. Axalta sponsored Gordon's car nine times during the year and even brought back the Rainbow Warrior for the Bristol night race. Although he was unable to win a race with Axalta sponsorship that year, a Chase win at Martinsville placed him in championship contention at Homestead, where Axalta unveiled a silver flames paint scheme; after finishing sixth, he ended the points battle with a third-place finish.
With Gordon's retirement, he remained close with Axalta, becoming its global business advisor and a spokesman. Axalta also opened a Customer Experience Center in 2016, located near the Hendrick Motorsports facility.
"I think this is a tremendous tribute to NASCAR and the race teams to have a sponsor as big as Axalta that is willing to put a center like this in the middle of your complex," Hendrick commented. "It says a lot about the way they use the sport and the success they’ve had on and off the track."
Axalta moved to Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s #88 car for the 2016 season. Earnhardt drove the car in five races before stepping aside due to concussion problems. Gordon and Alex Bowman served as Earnhardt's substitutes, both running four races each in an Axalta car. Bowman also drove a University of Michigan scheme at the Pure Michigan 400, the third time a college had partnered with Axalta and HMS (after Texas A&M and Penn State). During Earnhardt's own final season in 2017, his Axalta car featured a new Solar Flare design, which he has driven four times so far.
As a paint provider, Axalta has done so for Hendrick Motorsports and lower series affiliate JR Motorsports (with JRM drivers Regan Smith and William Byron driving Axalta-sponsored cars). Interestingly, Kyle Busch Motorsports also has Axalta as a partner (and can be noted when looking closely at their trucks). Stewart-Haas Racing also started receiving Axalta paint in 2014. Outside of NASCAR, Axalta's Spies Hecker brand provides paint for Mercedes F1, which team principal Toto Wolff has described as being light enough to reduce the weight of the Silver Arrows.
While DuPont had never sponsored a Cup or Truck Series race, it sponsored the first Nationwide race at Iowa in 2013, dubbing it the DuPont Pioneer 250 (won by Trevor Bayne). Axalta, on the other hand, began its sponsorship of races in 2015 with the spring Phoenix Xfinity race. Compared to its predecessor, Axalta had more "unique" race names, like the aforementioned Phoenix race being the Axalta Faster. Tougher. Brighter. 200 (lasting two years) and its first Cup race sponsorship, the 2015 June Pocono race, being the Axalta "We Paint Winners" 400. Ironically, the winner of the first Axalta 400 was not an Axalta driver (Martin Truex Jr.); SHR's Kurt Busch won in 2016. For 2017, Axalta simply named the race the "Axalta presents the Pocono 400".
Truck: winstaronlinegaming.com 400
WinStar World Casino and Resort is an Oklahoma-based, well, casino and resort. Originally known simply as the WinStar Casino, 2009 saw a big year for it as it underwent renovation, renamed itself to WinStar World Casino, and began to dabble in NASCAR race sponsorship with the both of the Truck Series races at Texas Motor Speedway. The first race is a support event for the IndyCar Series, while the second is for the AAA Texas 500 weekend.
Both races use kilometers to determine distance; from 2009 to 2013, they were the WinStar World Casino 400K and 350K; in 2014 and 2015, they became the WinStar World Casino & Resort 400 and 350; in 2016, WinStar withdrew their sponsorships as the races became the Rattlesnake 400 and the Striping Technology 350. For 2017, WinStar's winstaronlinegaming.com became the title sponsor of the June race, branding it the winstaronlinegaming.com 400.
Interesting, WinStar never sponsored a catruck (in the national series, at least) until 2017. At Texas' O'Reilly Auto Parts 500 Cup race, WinStar was an associate sponsor of Landon Cassill, who finished 29th.
Let's go racing.

Spooky NASCAR: Races held on Halloween

Ah, Halloween. The day of spookiness and horrors is upon us once again.
Unlike Easter, there's no week-off on Halloween weekend, meaning it's not uncommon to see NASCAR running races the day before or after. As for races held on October 31, there's a number of them.
Just to make things easier, we're going to focus on the top three series.
1965 American 500
Series: Grand National (Cup)
The inaugural race held at the North Carolina International Speedway (better known as Rockingham), it was the first NASCAR premiere series race held on Halloween.
Despite starting on the pole, Richard Petty crashed on lap 58 and instead, Curtis Turner dominated the race. The Virginian led 239 of the 500 laps in the event to record his 17th and final career victory.
The race (along with the 1973 Carolina 500) was featured in the Speed program Back in the Day with Dale Earnhardt Jr.
1982 Cardinal 250
Series: Busch Late Model Sportsman (Xfinity)
NASCAR's second-tier series was in its first season in 1982. Then known as the Busch Late Model Sportsman Series, the 1982 season finale took place on October 31 at Martinsville.
Butch Lindley recorded his fourth win of the season. On an interesting note, the race featured seven drivers who have attempted a Cup race before (Lindley, Bosco Lowe, Tommy Ellis, Jimmy Hensley, Jack Ingram, John Utsman and Tommy Houston) as well as a future NASCAR champ in Dale Jarrett. Only three of them (Lindley, Lowe and Utsman) would finish in the top 20. Jarrett failed to finish and was classified in 37th.
1982 Warner W. Hodgdon American 500
Series: Cup
Well, this would explain the lack of Buschwhackers in the Cardinal 250. They're all in Rockingham.
This race featured a number of driver headlines. Randy Baker, Buck's son and Buddy's brother, made his Cup debut in the race, which ended with a 20th-place finish. Meanwhile, inaugural Talladega race winner Richard Brickhouse ran his last Cup race, finishing behind Baker in 21st.
The American 500 winner would be Darrell Waltrip, driving the Mountain Dew car in what would be the last Cup win for MD to date. Neil Bonnett, who finished 3rd, led 108 for the Wood Brothers; since then, the team has not led at least 100 laps. The closest WBR has reached that number was 70, recorded in Elliott Sadler's 2001 win at Bristol.
The namesake, Warner Hodgdon, was an interesting face in the NASCAR garage. Here's a pretty nice article about him for the interested.
Video of the final laps
1993 Slick 50 500
Series: Cup
Held at Phoenix in conjunction with the Winston West Series, it's not surprising to see the Cup drivers dominate the event. Of the seven Winston West drivers, Rick Carelli finished the highest in 21st.
Mark Martin dominated the race while Dale Earnhardt clinched the championship. Speaking of Earnhardt, many know about the rivalry he had with Jeff Gordon in the 90s. The two had their moments even before Gordon was winning races.
Aired on TNN, Neil Bonnett made his final call for the network before joining Richard Childress Racing for the next race at Atlanta in what turned out to be his final career start.
Race replay
1999 Sam's Town 250
Series: Busch
Besides being a holiday, October 31 seems to be the date that tracks like to host their inaugural NASCAR races, considering what we saw with the Rock. Memphis Motorsports Park is another track to see its first NASCAR action on the day, hosting a Busch Series race. On a more tragic note, October 31, 1999 was also the day IndyCar driver Greg Moore was killed in a crash at Fontana.
In the Sam's Town 250, Jeff Green recorded his 3rd win of the season from the pole. The late Adam Petty finished 5th, his final top five in the Busch Series. Meanwhile, a young driver by the name of Jimmie Johnson led his first laps of the year, leading 22 of them. He would finish 12th.
Nowadays, people bring up the concern of small entry lists. When looking at the DNQs for this race alone, it adds up to a whopping 59 cars, including the likes of Jimmy Spencer, Ricky Hendrick, Kevin Lepage and Kenny Wallace.
2003 Chevy Silverado 150
Series: Truck
The Truck Series isn't going to be left out of the Halloween races!
Held in Phoenix, there's a reason why we call Kevin Harvick the Cactus King. He led 80 laps en route to his 2nd straight Phoenix Truck win. For the race, he ran a Taz scheme to promote the movie Looney Tunes: Back in Action. Yes, the same one featuring Jeff Gordon.
Race replay
2004 Bass Pro Shops MBNA 500
Series: Cup
2004 Atlanta race weekend was a somber one for Hendrick Motorsports. It had been a week since the plane crash that claimed ten team members.
With those ten in their hearts, the 48 team showed poise in Atlanta. Jimmie Johnson held off a charging Mark Martin to win an emotional 3rd straight race.
As he described it: "6 car was coming, but I had ten angels riding on this race car."
Race replay
2008 Chevy Silverado 350K
Series: Truck
The Truck Series' next Halloween date took place in Texas.
Most of us may know about Ron Hornaday and Kyle Busch's unamiable relationship at Texas. Three years before that incident, the two were battling it out for the win. Hornaday came out on top as Busch finished 2nd despite leading the most laps. The win moved Hornaday closer to Johnny Benson in their fight for the Truck title with 2 races to go, though Benson would hold him off for the championship.
2009 Fred's 250
Series: Truck
The Truck Series got another Halloween race a year later, this time at the infamous Talladega Superspeedway, a fitting venue considering the so-called Talladega jinx and rumors of it being built on an Indian burial ground.
Kyle Busch and teammate Aric Almirola were able to get past Todd Bodine to record a Billy Ballew Motorsports 1–2 finish. In other news, start-and-parker Justin Hobgood finished 9th, his only career top 10. Also of interesting note is Austin Dillon failing to qualify for the race.
Talk about spooky.
2010 Amp Energy Juice 500
Series: Cup
Talladega in 2010 was crazy. In the spring, there were 88 lead changes. In the fall, 87 on Halloween.
In this race, plenty of drivers sniffed the lead, including Joe Nemechek and Sam Hornish Jr. In the end, Clint Bowyer scored his 4th win under caution as A. J. Allmendinger went for a wild ride entering the final lap.
Race replay
2014 WinStar World Casino & Resort 350
Series: Truck
Well, Kyle Busch won this race, his 42nd win in the Trucks. That's really it. Jeb! Burton finished 2nd. Ron Hornaday ran his final Truck race to date, finishing 12th.
Race replay
2015 Kroger 200
Series: Truck
Last year's Halloween race weekend was at Martinsville, just like this year. Unlike 2016, however, there was racing on October 31. In this case, it's the Trucks once again.
At Martinsville, one can expect plenty of beating and banging, and the Trucks offered that.... a lot. There were 12 separate cautions for accidents but Matt Crafton was able to survive to take the victory, his 10th career win in the CWTS.
Race replay
As one can see, there have been 12 NASCAR national series races, five of which were Cup, two Xfinity and five Truck.
Should be interesting to see what the 13th race would be. It'll certainly be a spooky one.

Race Sponsor Spotlight: Road America/Darlington/Mosport

It's throwback weekend at Darlington Raceway (and Canadian Tire Motorsports Park)! The Cup Series runs the traditional Bojangles' Southern 500, while the Xfinity Series has the VFW Sport Clips Help a Hero 200 and the Trucks battle the Mosport road course in the Chevrolet Silverado 250!
Last week, the Xfinity Series was the lone national series on track, racing its final road course of the season at Road America in the Johnsonville 180.
Road America
Xfinity: Johnsonville 180
Anyone like sausages? They're what Road America sponsor Johnsonville Foods produces.
Johnsonville's involvement in NASCAR seven years before the first Road America event was held (though in the same series). In 2002, the company became an associate sponsor of ST Motorsports (now JTG Daugherty Racing)'s #59 Busch Series car driven by Stacy Compton. In two full seasons with Johnsonville, Compton recorded 22 top-ten finishes and a pole at the 2003 Kentucky race. When ST switched to Ford in 2004, Johnsonville did not return to the team.
Six years after departing ST, the Busch (now Nationwide) Series introduced a race at Road America. In its eight years of existence, the race has been exclusively sponsored by Wisconsin-based companies: mining tool manufacturer Bucyrus, headquartered in South Milwaukee, sponsored the race in 2010 and 2011 (Eau Claire's Menards was co-sponsor); Plymouth cheese maker Sargento was the sponsor in 2012; Johnsonville, based in Sheboygan Falls, became a regular fixture in 2013 with the Johnsonville Sausage 200 presented by Menards. Milwaukee's Gardner Denver sponsored the 2014 Gardner Denver 200 Fired Up by Johnsonville, with the Road America 180 Fired Up by Johnsonville being the race name in 2015 and 2016. For 2017, the race was simply known as the Johnsonville 180.
Darlington/Mosport
Cup: Bojangles' Southern 500
Anyone like fried chicken?
Bojangles' began its sponsorship in NASCAR as early as 1982, when it appeared on the bright yellow #20 of Rick Newsom in four races, with a best finish of 19th at Darlington.. J.D. McDuffie drove a Bojangles'-sponsored car at the 1983 Atlanta spring race, where he finished 36th.
It wouldn't be until the 1990s that Bojangles' made its return to NASCAR, doing so sporadically with Bobby Hillin Jr. and Peter Sospenzo in the Busch Series and Eddie Bierschwale in Cup (1991). In 1993, the restaurant chain formed a partnership with Cale Yarborough Motorsports and Derrike Cope, sponsoring his #55 for the full season; he finished 26th in points. During the year, Jimmy Hensley's #7 was sponsored by Bojangles' in three races (North Wilkesboro, Martinsville, Talladega). Afterwards, Bojangles' pulled its sponsorships and didn't sponsor another car until 2001: Stanton Barrett's #90 Busch Series car. The partnership lasted through the 2004 season, the last of which also featured a one-off at the 2004 Food City 500, where he finished 32nd. Jamey Caudill also drove a Bojangles' vehicle when he piloted the #84 truck in 2002 at South Boston, though he was involved in a crash and finished 34th.
In 2012, Bojangles' took over title sponsorship of the Southern 500 from Showtime, signing a five-year deal with Darlington Raceway. Two years later, a five-year extension was signed.
"Just like Bojangles' famous chicken and biscuits, NASCAR is deeply rooted in the culture of the South," Bojangles' President and CEO Randy Kibler stated in 2012. "We are honored to be sponsoring the only NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race in South Carolina, where we have been in business for more than 30 years and operate 110 of our more than 500 restaurants."
Xfinity: VFW Sport Clips Help a Hero 200
Anyone support veterans or like haircuts?
As its name suggests, the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) supports those who were involved in military conflicts in other countries. Founded in 1899, its first NASCAR sponsorship took place 106 years later in 2005, when it sponsored the #08 truck of Rich Bickle at Mansfield; he finished fifth. During the year, fellow SS-Green Light Racing drivers Sean Murphy and Johnny Chapman also received sponsorship from the fund, though they were unable to score any top-20 finishes. In 2006, VFW itself began sponsoring one-off cars on two fronts: Kraig Kinser in the Truck Series and Joe Nemechek in the Busch Series.
In 2008, VFW formed a partnership with Kevin Harvick Incorporated, sponsoring the #77 of Cale Gale in the Nationwide Series and the #33 of Ron Hornaday Jr. in the Truck Series. Harvick also drove the #33 VFW-sponsored Nationwide car in three races across 2008 and 2009 (Daytona twice and Charlotte). While the Nationwide cars were unable to win races or crack the top five (Harvick recorded its best finish of 10th at Daytona in 2009), Hornaday won twice (2008 at Texas and 2009 at IRP) and clinched the 2009 Truck Series championship at Phoenix while driving his VFW truck.
Sport Clips' first NASCAR sponsorship also took place in a similar timeframe as VFW, doing so at the season-ending 2003 Ford 300 with David Stremme. In 2004, Mike Wallace's #4 GEICO car had Sport Clips as an associate sponsor for much of the season, though Sport Clips was also a primary sponsor on occasion. Hank Parker Jr.'s truck was also sponsored by Sport Clips in two races (Atlanta and Charlotte). In 2005, Nemechek was sponsored by Sport Clips for the February 2005 Daytona Busch race, where he finished seventh.
In 2006, Sport Clips allied with Paul Tracy, sponsoring his #34 Busch Series car and #9 truck; Tracy ran the former in five races, while racing the latter at Texas, where he finished 20th.
In 2009, the barber chain aligned with Joe Gibbs Racing, sponsoring the #20 of Joey Logano in the Nationwide Series. A year later, while continuing to sponsor Logano, Sport Clips also began doing so in the Cup Series with Denny Hamlin's #11; in their first race together at Atlanta, Hamlin won the pole before finishing last after suffering an engine failure. Over the following years, Sport Clips continued sponsoring Hamlin part-time, doing so at Atlanta and Darlington; at the 2012 Atlanta event, Sport Clips won its first Cup race with Hamlin at the wheel. In NASCAR's second series, other drivers who have piloted JGR's Sport Clips cars have included Hamlin, Drew Herring, Elliott Sadler, Erik Jones, Kyle Benjamin, and James Davison. In the Cup Series, Jones and Carl Edwards have also raced with Sport Clip liveries, the latter winning the Texas fall race in 2016 while driving the red-and-white car.
As a race sponsor, VFW sponsored the Michigan Truck race from 2010 to 2013, naming it the VFW 200. Sport Clips, who has been a close supporter of VFW, sponsors the "Help A Hero Scholarship" program alongside Student Veterans of America, which provides veterans with scholarships at post-secondary and trade schools. In 2012, VFW and Sport Clips became the title sponsor of the Darlington Nationwide race, naming it the VFW Sport Clips Help a Hero 200.
Truck: Chevrolet Silverado 250
Anyone like trucks?
Like the Kansas race in May, Mosport's Truck race is sponsored by a manufacturer; in this case, it's Chevrolet with its Silverado brand. The Silverado was introduced in 1998 to replace the C/K line, one that had been dominating the Craftsman Truck Series' early years; in four years, the C/K had won 65 of 97 races and four consecutive Manufacturer's Championships.
For the 1999 season, the C/K was phased out in favor of the Silverado, which was run by four of the top-ten championship finishers that year: Jack Sprague (Champion), Jay Sauter (5th), Hornaday (7th), and Andy Houston (8th). The Silverado won nine races that year, trailing Ford by three. Over the next three seasons, although Ford and Dodge won the Manufacturer's Championships, Sprague won the driver's title twice during that span. In 2002, Xpress Motorsports' Mike Bliss won the championship in a Silverado, part of an 11-win campaign for Chevrolet as they won their first manufacturer's title since 1998. When Bliss moved into the Busch Series for 2003, Travis Kvapil replaced him in the #16 truck, which once again saw another Driver's Championship. Further Driver's Championship wins would occur in 2007 and 2009 (Hornaday), 2011 (Austin Dillon), 2012 (James Buescher), and 2016 (Johnny Sauter).
In the 19 years since its introduction, the Silverado has won 154 races, including a whopping 15 in 2011 (though just twice in 2014), four Manufacturer's Championships, and nine Driver's Championships.
This season, the Silverado is fielded by seven full-time teams: GMS Racing, MB Motorsports, Copp Motorsports, NEMCO Motorsports, Premium Motorsports, Norm Benning Racing, and TJL Motorsports; Young's Motorsports, JJC Racing, and Niece Motorsports also run Silverados, though they also have other manufacturers.
As a car sponsor, the Silverado appeared on Dennis Setzer's #46 Morgan-Dollar Motorsports truck throughout the entire 2004 and 2005 seasons, during which he won six races and finished second in points both years. In his part-time Truck schedule in 2005, Bobby Labonte's #47 Morgan-Dollar truck also had Silverado logos. Setzer switched numbers to #85 in 2006, while his truck featured a green-and-yellow scheme promoting the Silverado's FlexFuel E85 engine. He finished 13th in the points standings. During the year, Chad McCumbee's #08 was sponsored by the Silverado at Kentucky, where he finished 18th, while Nemechek's #46 also had the same sponsor at Atlanta, where he finished 35th.
In terms of race sponsorship, the Silverado has, unsurprisingly, exclusively sponsored Truck races, first doing so in 2000 with the Chevy Silverado 200 at Nazareth. In 2001, it was increased to three races with the Silverado 350K at Texas and the Chevy Silverado 150 at Phoenix; Nazareth was dropped in 2002, though Texas and Phoenix retained the Silverado sponsorships. Casino Arizona took over sponsorship of the latter race in 2006, reducing Chevrolet to just one event until 2007, when the Daytona race became the Chevy Silverado HD 250. In 2008, the Daytona and Texas races were rebranded to the Chevy Silverado 250 and Chevy Silverado 350K, respectively, before receiving new sponsors in NextEra Energy Resources and WinStar World Casino.
For the inaugural Truck race at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park, General Motors Canada (whose headquarters are located in nearby Oshawa) took over naming rights of the event, naming it the Chevrolet Silverado 250.
"Really, it was a no-brainer for us, it being in our own backyard," GM spokesman George Saratlic stated. "What better place to showcase our product."
Let's go racing.

Winstar Saturday Deepstack Tournament

After being called out for being a pussy and not going to the semi-local casino by BerryGuns (with some help from CC0, surprise), I started looking for ways to make that happen. I found the Winstar Deepstack. I will be playing it this Saturday, but I wanted to ask a couple logistical questions first.
Has anyone played this yet? I've looked at the 2+2 Winstar thread and it appears to be an unresolved question over there as well.
How long does this usually run? What is the level of average player? How is the quality of the tournament in general, blinds structure, payouts, rake, etc.? Any (valuable) input is appreciated.

[FIGHT PREVIEWS] Guillermo Rigondeaux vs Joseph Agbeko, Akira Yaegashi vs Edgar Sosa, Darren Barker vs Felix Sturm, Paulie Malignaggi vs Zab Judah + more

Friday December 6

From Metro City, Northbridge, Western Australia

Chris John 48(22)-0-3 vs Simpiwe Vetyeka 25(15)-2

12 rounds
WBO featherweight title
WBA super world featherweight title
From what I’ve last heard, this fight is in jeopardy of not happening, but let’s assume it is. Why is this fight a big deal? Well, for one Chris John is leaving his home country to fight. Two, Chris John is approaching a big number: 50 wins. Many have tried and failed trying to reach Marciano’s iconic undefeated record in boxing. Spadafora just recently failed. And three, John did not look good in his last fight and it will be interesting to see how he does. He still claims he’s on the world level, but it will take a very impressive victory to convince me.

From Coliseo Elias Chegwin, Barranquilla, Colombia

Darleys Perez 28(19)-1 vs Dunis Linan 22(16)-23-2

10 rounds
Lightweight division
Hey you remember Darleys Perez, right? He damn near (and to some did) beat Yurirokis Gamboa the last time he was out. Come on, remember… that’s the day Stevenson knocked out Dawson. Seriously, it was a close fight, I remember. Hey 50, you remember right? No? How come no one believes me? I remember clearly. Gamboa fought this tough dude who went down a couple of times, but it was probably from slips and balance issues. He made Gamboa reach all night and countered him pretty nice at times. Seriously guys. Oh well…

Kokugikan, Tokyo, Japan

Akira Yaegashi 18(9)-3 vs Edgar Sosa 49(29)-7

12 rounds
WBC flyweight title
Lineal flyweight title
Yaegashi is the flyweight who beat the flyweight. Of all fights this weekend, this might be the one I’m most excited for. Yaegashi fights in a crowd pleasing style and his fight with Toshiyuki Igarishi was a fight of the year contender. So was his fight with Kazuto Ioka. Sosa may have 7 losses, but this dude is a warrior. This fight should be a true war and I wouldn’t necessarily want to be the winner. The flyweight division has quietly become the most stacked division in boxing. There’s Juan Francisco Estrada, Giovani Segura, Milan Melindo, Giovani Segura, Juan Carlos Reveco, and of course Roman Gonzalez all waiting for a chance to fight the winner.

Naoya Inoue 4(3)-0 vs Jersen Mancio 18(9)-3-3

12 rounds
Light flyweight division
Naoya Inoue belongs on any top prospect list. He’s been fighting for a year and a couple of months, is 20 years old, and debuted against a guy with a 16-4-1 record. Inoue already has some better wins than some beltholders currently out there. Inoue is must watch right now, at least to say you saw him when he was barely coming up. Only Vasyl Lomachenko has had a more impressive pro debut. If Inoue continues to win, a super domestic fight could be brewing between him and Kazuto Ioka.

Ryota Murata 1(1)-0 vs Dave Peterson 13(8)-1

8 rounds
Murata won the Gold medal at the 2012 London Games representing Japan. He’s signed with Top Rank and is being fast tracked toward a title. Like his countryman Naoya Inoue and promotion-mate Vasyl Lomachenko, he debuted against a very capable opponent. He stopped his man in 2 and is looking to give Peterson his second career loss. Murata has the talent to be a future player in the middleweight division.

From UIC Pavilion, Chicago, Illinoi

Kryzsztof Wlodarczyk 48(34)-2-1 vs Giacobbe Fragomeni 31(12)-3-2

12 rounds
WBC cruiserweight title
Wlodarczyk originally won the WBC cruiserweight title from Fragomeni back in 2010. This is their third match against each other. Their first was a draw and the second a TKO for Wlodarczyk. Wlodarczyk’s only real loss was to Steve Cunningham back in 2006.

Andrzej Fonfara 24(14)-2 vs Samuel Miller 26(23)-7

10 rounds
Light heavyweight division

Jonathan Gonzalez 16(13)-0-1 Jaison Palomeque 14(9)-7-1

8 rounds
Light middleweight division
This is the Puerto Rican Jonathan Gonzalez. The one who probably burned some bridges not making weight.

From Little Creek Casino Resort, Shelton, Washington

J’Leon Love 15(8)-0 vs Lajuan Simon 23(12)-4-2

10 rounds
Middleweight division
In his last time out, Love failed to make weight and tested positive for a banned diuretic. His controversial win was changed to a no decision. Unfortunately, it should have been a loss. But now Love is returning against an opponent coming off 2 losses and he’s headlining a ShoBox card. Love is talented. He has yet to do anything truly special in any of his fights, but the dude is talented. I expect an easy victory.

Badou Jack 15(10)-0-1 vs Rogelio Medina 31(25)-4

10 rounds
Super middleweight division
Okay, maybe this is just going to be an episode of ShoBox where we say this is a showcase for Floyd Mayweather’s stable of fighters. Jack previously fought a close fight against solid contender Marco Antonio Periban.

Mickey Bey 18(9)-1-1 vs Carlos Cardenas 20(13)-6-1

10 rounds
Super featherweight division
Last time we saw Bey, he was on his way to an easy decision victory where he looked pretty good. Then he was stopped in dramatic fashion in the 12th. This could have been a title fight if he had won that night, but instead he’s on the rebound against a durable, but beatable opponent.

Luis Arias 7(3)-0 vs Cameron Allen 5(3)-13

8 rounds
Super middleweight division
The winner is likely to face Andre Ward.

Ashley Theophane 33(10)-6-1 vs Robert Osiobe 14(6)-7-4

8 rounds
Welterweight division
Just kidding. Just checking to see if you’re even reading.

Saturday December 7

From Porsche Arena, Stuttgart, Württemberg, Germany

Darren Barker 26(16)-1 vs Felix Sturm 38(17)-3-2

12 rounds
IBF middleweight title
Originally, Felix Sturm was the IBF middleweight champion. Then Daniel Geale upset him in Australia. Then Barker beat Geale on HBO. As the new middleweight champion, here were the options for Darren Barker. A. face fellow middleweight title holder and boogeyman Gennady Golovkin. B. Face another middleweight title holder Peter Quillin. C. Call out Floyd Mayweather. Or… D. Face Felix Sturm in his home country, with the judges likely ever so biased toward him, for more money and less risk than options A or B. Barker made the right choice. Unless, Sturm is about to be reborn in the ring. We shall see. Barker is gritty and has a very solid defense.

From Echo Arena, Liverpool, Mercyside, UK

Liam Smith 15(5)-0-1 vs Mark Thompson 25(15)-3

12 rounds
BBBofC British light middleweight title

Paul Butler 13(7)-0 vs Ruben Montoya 12(8)-1-1

12 rounds
Super flyweight division

Joe Selkirk 11(5)-0 vs Zoltan Sera 12(8)-0

12 rounds
Light middleweight division
Somebody's 0 has got to go.

Stephen Ormond 15(7)-1 vs Derry Mathews 34(19)-8-2

12 rounds
WBO European lightweight title
Here we are again, another fight where Derry Mathews is an underdog. The thing with Mathews is that he’s dangerous at all times. He can box just well enough. He’s got just enough power. He’s an upsetter and Ormond, if he hopes to reach past the domestic level, will need to beat Mathews convincingly.

From WinStar Casino, Tackerville, Oklahoma

Daniel Diaz 20(14)-5-1 vs Robert Marroquin 23(16)-3

10 rounds
Super featherweight
Marroquin is the guy who famously hurt Rigondeaux multiple times in a one-sided fight.

Gilberto Ramirez Sanchez 26(20)-0 vs Don Mouton 12(10)-7-1

10 rounds
Middleweight division
Prospect watch! Keep your eyes on Sanchez.

Alex Saucedo 11(8)-0 vs Gilbert Venegas 12(8)-12-4

6 rounds
Welterweight division
Another prospect watch! I really like Saucedo. He’s still very green, so don’t expect Vasyl Lomachenko.

From Barclays Center, Brooklyn, New York

Paulie Malignaggi 32(7)-5 vs Zab Judah 42(29)-8

12 rounds
vacant NABF welterweight title
This is going to be our fight of the week and moneymizzlle will be preparing a longer preview. As for my thoughts, the only real thought I had is that I'm shocked that Paulie only has 7 KO's. I could have sworn he had more. Second, I like Zab in this fight.

Devon Alexander 25(14)-1 vs Shawn Porter 22(14)-0-1

12 rounds
IBF welterweight title
After failing to secure fights with British welterweights Kell Brook & Amir Khan, Devon Alexander returns against up-and-coming welterweight Shawn Porter. At some point, I expect Alexander to be a major player at welterweight. He’s talented, he’s slick, he’s got good sting on his punches, and knows how to adjust his gameplan. Since losing to Timothy Bradley, Alexander has only gotten better. Alexander in this fight not only needs to win, but he needs to show some fire. He needs to show fire and get the fans to want to see him. He’s been labeled as a boring fighter and if he is to ever get a shot at Floyd Mayweather, he’ll need to be someone people want to see consistently.

Erislandy Lara 18(12)-1-2 vs Austin Trout 26(14)-1

12 rounds
Vacant WBA world light middleweight title
This card features 4 of the top slick southpaws in the game. 2 are in this fight. Lara and Trout are fairly similar in style. Don’t expect this to be a brawl. This will be a chess match. Both of these 2 aren’t known for having spectacular offenses. They are both exceptional at making their opponents miss. Trout is coming off a tough split decision loss to Canelo. Lara recently stopped Angulo, but tasted the canvas multiple times.

Sakio Bika 32(21)-5-2 vs Anthony Dirrell 26(22)-0

12 rounds
WBC super middleweight title
This title is really Andre Ward’s. Weird happenings with the WBC made it a vacant title and Sakio Bika won it… Bika is rugged. His style is hard to describe. He has been called dirty in the past. Dirrell will look to outbox him and win on the cards. Bika, despite 5 losses, has never been stopped and he’s been in with the best. If Dirrell can stop him, that would be very impressive.

Guillermo Rigondeaux 12(8)-0 vs Joseph Agbeko 29(22)-4

12 rounds
WBA super world super bantamweight title
WBO super bantamweight title
Alright, this is it. Many of you complained about the unfair treatment of Rigondeaux. That he slayed the beast they call Donaire and all he got was the runaround from HBO and the terrible promoter Bob Arum. Now he’s headlining a card in Atlantic City and his opponent is a fun one. Agbeko is a rugged guy who always fights hard. He had terrible luck in his fight with Abner Mares where Mares and referee Russell Mora defeated Agbeko by MD. I doubt Agbeko could ever outbox Rigondeaux, but what he will do it apply pressure. Now, there isn’t much to be said about Rigondeaux that could really summarize why you should watch him. How about… he’s a cross between Neo and a chessmaster.
Sidenote: Who do you think wins in a tag team match, "The Marvelous Ones" Mares & Mora or Smokin Smoger & Alien Hopkins?

James Kirkland 31(27)-1 vs Glen Tapia 20(12)-0

10 rounds
light middleweight division
Glen Tapia was the frontrunner for me this year when it came to the prospect of the year. I’ve since taken him off the list because he’s finally made it to HBO and I think this will be his grand arrival. His opponent is tough. Kirkland, with Ann Wolfe, is one of the most dangerous fighters out there. If Tapia is as legit as I think he is, Kirkland will be upset and Tapia will fight Demetrius Andrade for a junior middleweight title next year. Style-wise, Tapia is a former amateur standout who didn’t achieve as high as his talent probably should have taken him because his style was more suited for the pros. He is a boxer-puncher who can box if he needs to, but his preferred method is to do a bit of banging. Kirkland is an aggressive dude who comes forward. This fight could have a bid for fight of the year.

Matthew Macklin 29(20)-5 vs Lamar Russ 14(7)-0

10 rounds
Middleweight division
Macklin returns against an unbeaten opponent in what may be a win or go home fight for the Irishman. A win could set up a huge fight with Andy Lee in Ireland on St Patricks Day. That would be awesome.

Matt Korobov 21(12)-0 vs Dereck Edwards 26(13)-2-1

Middleweight division
